Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services constitutes consent to this agreement, as well as future updates or changes to this agreement. TrafficCanny.com reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
TrafficCanny.com does not make any claims or promises of future income, sign-ups, or opt-ins to your program/webite/offer by purchasing our services.
All Traffic campaigns start every Monday and run through the following Sunday. Any orders made during campaign periods will start on the following Monday.
All traffic will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure their website is accessible. Website errors due to client server issues, page errors, etc., will not be credited or refunded. Admin will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to extend the campaign for additional time if scheduling permits.
You agree to receive email updates and promotional offer from TrafficCanny.com, owner (Frank White). You may unsubscribe at any time.
You are solely responsible for payment of any service(s) to TrafficCanny.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services, only you and those who have access to your payment information.
Traffic Canny uses third-party tracking services to track webite hits.
By purchasing an advertising campaign with Traffic Canny, the customer is accepting that the tracking services used by Traffic Canny will serve as the official record of hits delivered, regardless of any third-party tracking the customer uses. All website links submitted for advertising must be able to pass a ‘frame breaker’ test.
Customer may not take the tracking link provided and send bulk traffic of any kind from vendor like Adfly and other shortener networks. URL rotators are permitted at the discretion of Traffic Canny’s admin.
Customer may not sell, assign or transfer any of the rights or services of any purchase to a third party.
Admin support is available during normal busines hours (U.S. EST). All requests must be made via email at support@trafficcanny.com or via our Contact Us page. Our policy is to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. We do not provide technical support for issues concerning the customer’s website.
TrafficCanny.com reserves the right to refuse any website admin deems inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following: sites that contain extreme adult content, pornography, racially insensitive content, vulgar language, violence, HYIP programs, auto surf programs, paid-to-surf programs, any paid-to-promote sites, ponzis and pyramid schemes.
We will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign and starts displaying inappropriate content, we will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be provided a refund.
We cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your website. For example, downtime on customer’s website server, overuse of your bandwidth quota, errors on your site, and network outages.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We will not accept URL’s ending in .co.cc as these domains have been known to contain viruses and fraudulent content.
We will not allow invasive 3rd party ad company to piggyback on our network. These include adf.ly and a few others. We will notify the client if there is a piggyback problem.
TrafficCanny.com is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this service at your own risk. We work to make our website as safe and user friendly as possible.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips and software, is the property of TrafficCanny.com or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission from Traffic Canny’s owner/admin.
TrafficCanny.com does not promise that the website and service will be error free or uninterrupted. The website and service is distributed on “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Refund Policy
Traffic Canny has a no refund policy. Our “co-op style” of traffic delivery uses a portion of funds collected to purchase additional advertising needed. Refunds can only be requested if no traffic has been delivered according to the provided tracking during the campaign period.
Trafficcanny does not guarantee any results of sign-ups or sales to a customer’s website or offer. Customers are responsible for all potential results based on the content of your website and merit of the offer.
Traffic Canny reserves the right to update or change the Terms of Service without notice
